Bay Area Performing Arts Movement is a youth-focused arts initiative committed to offering students exceptional performance and growth prospects across various musical avenues. These include competitive indoor and outdoor ensembles, educational workshops, and diverse outreach endeavors conducted in Northern California. We aim to foster lasting enrichment in the lives of young individuals through student-centered instruction and exceptional performance standards. Participation in our performing arts ensembles offers invaluable experiences that cultivate discipline, integrity, pride, and self-assurance during crucial developmental stages, preparing students for even greater accomplishments in adulthood.

Sparta and Thesis are competitive ensembles, participating in events hosted locally by Northern California Percussion Alliance (NCPA) and nationally by Winter Guard International (WGI). Sparta is an independent percussion open performing ensemble. Thesis is an independent percussion world performing ensemble. Ignite is a Drum Corps International SoundSport ensemble that offers an opportunity for local members 25 and under to participate in the summer DCI activity - for a fraction of the cost.
